Provoked

According to the dictionary the meaning of provoked is to stir up , to enrage and yah most recently the name of a new film based on the true life story of Kiranjet Aluwalia. Most of you wud have either seen the movie or atleast read abt it somewhere in the papers, after watching the movie , I had these thoughts in my mind is/was Kiran the only woman to have faced domestic violence? There are many more women all over the world who face the same problems and tortures every day.

Kiran is just one of those few who by the help of a few friends and society was able to come out and fight back. Dont u think that we women must fight back aginsyt the injustice done to us by men?And to men : why do u always consider women as lower than u and not in par with u? why??Waiting for ur comments!!

Thats quite an strong question posed out to the male gender by you; but yeah, I agree being an gender to whom you have questioned;

Men in general consider women as a commodity.. as a thing of pleasure, or abuse. ( Maybe that precisely why a case of spurned lover buring his one time love @ kandivali, acid throwing incidents, after marriage brutality are a common occurence in News)

But... All male's don't belong to the commodisation thought brigade- There are a few who indeed do appreciate the emotional capability of women, the mature thinking they exhibit and obviously the finer nuances of observation which only the women race has in optimised condition.

After all I believe- Women has always being Women's enemy; numerous such instances can be picked up from folklore, mythologies, real life incidents, and Ekta Kapoor.

I do agree to Your observation that Ladies should face it and brave it out in a Man's World... But Hey! who said... Man can't be defeated?

I truly agree with the expression "u guys are incorrigible "- yeah, but it should also be known that externalities as 1. Society in which he is reared 2. Family in which he grows up and the relationships expressed in that family 3. religious upbriging 4. initial expressions founded by him by his encounters to close members behaving with/towards female gender, marks a difference in a way he thinks, works, and executes his normal behaviour with the Ladies.

How could you explain Mahatma Gandhi,King Ashoka,Jyotiba Phule, Swami Vivekananda, weren't they lowly males- had thier own share of mistakes and learning thereon, but held women in high esteem.
